Murder Mystery Night this year is on Tuesday 6 th March
The Hoe Down Showdown
Get yourselves down to the Old West's most famous bar, for an evening of real entertainment featuring Big Bertha's famous dancing girls, some trick shooting and all the fun of Big Bertha's Bawdorama.
- But are all the other customers quite who they pretend?
- Is Mad Mick McGraw really as mad as he seems?
- How did Barney 'Barn Door' Klutz get his nickname?
- And who would sink to murder to protect their past?
All this and more will be revealed in one unforgettable night so strap on your six shooter and mosey on down.
For those so inclined, Big Bertha does like to see folks dressed properly, so look out those cowboy boots and ten gallon hats.

Charities
We are very pleased to have presented a cheque for £1800.00 to last year's charity the Southampton Football Club Sunday Club for Children with Disabilities.
This year's charity, chosen by Paula Fairchild, is the National Children's Homes. We have already raised over a £1000.00 for the NCH though our Ampfield Conker Championships, & Fireworks Night.
We were very pleased that Father Christmas decided to start his Christmas journey to the North Pole from the pub this year, see the pictures in our gallery, he met a lot of the village children and gave them all a present. Our thanks go to Vanessa for the use of her pony and trap, and to Santa.
